QUESTIONS
How long does a custom order take?▼
Standard orders take 5–7 working days from design approval. Urgent orders (1–3 days) are available at an additional charge. We always confirm the timeline before starting production.
What is the minimum order quantity?▼
We accept single-piece orders. However, bulk discounts start from 10 pieces and team rates apply for 20+ pieces. The more you order, the better the per-piece price.
Do you provide a design proof before printing?▼
Yes, always. We create a full digital mock-up of your design and send it to you for approval via WhatsApp before any production begins. You can request revisions at no extra cost.
What print techniques do you offer?▼
We offer Sublimation Printing (all-over full color), Embroidery (raised thread logo), Screen Printing (bold thick ink), and DTF / Heat Transfer (high-detail digital print). We'll recommend the best technique for your design and budget.
Do you deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka?▼
Yes! We deliver to all areas of Sri Lanka via courier. Colombo and suburbs typically receive orders within 1–2 days of dispatch. Outstation deliveries take 2–4 days depending on location.
Can I supply my own logo/artwork?▼
Absolutely. You can upload your logo or artwork file (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS) when submitting your quotation request. Higher resolution files produce better results. We also offer basic design assistance if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept bank transfers, cash deposits, and online bank payments. A 50% advance payment is required to start production. The balance is payable upon delivery or collection. Payment details are shared via WhatsApp after quotation approval.
Can I track my order?▼
Yes! Every order gets a unique reference number (e.g. GD-2025-1234). Visit our Tracking page and enter your reference number to see real-time production status from quotation to delivery.
